There is a Spiritual Circadian Rhythm

Early in the morning may vary for all of us because of our work schedule or because of an internal clock put within us at birth. It is called “circadian rhythm” and determines if we are “day people” or “night people.” This rhythm regulates our peak creativity and productivity and may influence the time when we sleep. So early in the morning for some may be 10pm and for others it may be 6am. So in Scripture, the reference to seeking the Lord early in the morning, may not be an AM or PM occassion. Must be careful not to “standardize” the Divine/human interaction to a specific time or place for God. He can speak in the automobile, airplane or during our daily chores. And if Psalms 139 is correct, our night can be day in His presence.
